Nonprofit Facilities

DOSP believes that having stable, affordable, energy efficient office space can enhance nonprofit organizations’ ability to effectively achieve their missions, connect with other organizations, and play a vibrant role in the communities they serve.

To this end, DOSP has worked with partners to help create, build, and support two critical programs relating to nonprofit facilities – the Denver Shared Space Project and the Office's annual grantmaking around Nonprofit Energy Efficiency Support.

Words From Our Friends

"Through the Denver Shared Space Project, DOSP (in partnering with The Piton Foundation and the Urban Land Conservancy), has developed an innovative approach for Denver nonprofit organizations in the areas of facilities management. With the on-going challenging times, this key area of support will be critical for local nonprofits."

Christine Benero, President and CEO, Mile High United Way.
