Contracts

The City and County of Denver uses a competitive selection process to negotiate master purchase orders and contracts with vendors for goods and services.

  • Master Purchase Orders – annual agreement for supplies, equipment, or personal property and services for the repair or maintenance of supplies, equipment or personal property.
  • Regularly Executed City Contracts – for professional services, construction, real estate transactions, financial transactions, and complicated transactions.
