Property

Under Colorado law, county assessors calculate the values of all real and business personal property for tax purposes. The annual list of all assessed values is known as the Assessment Roll. Property values listed on the Assessment Roll are used to calculate the annual property taxes which are billed and collected by the Denver Treasury Division. The Assessor does not establish tax rates (millages), set taxes, or collect tax payments.
