Last weekend’s weather put a damper on leaf collection efforts, so Denver Recycles will be offering one extra Sunday for residents to drop off their leaves for composting at two drop sites from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. this Sunday, November 23 only. Weekday drop sites will remain open through December 1. Composting leaves helps make less trash, keeps our streets clean, and cuts down our environmental impact.
SUNDAY, November 23, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
· South High School - Louisiana Ave. & Franklin St.
· Cherry Creek Transfer Station - 7301 E. Jewell Ave. (Quebec St. & Cherry Creek Dr. South)
