The Denver Women's Commission enhances the quality of life in Denver by assisting women in the attainment of equality and full opportunity. The Commission:
- works with coalitions of women's organizations to remove barriers and advocate for positive change on a variety of issues
- monitors legislation and proposed policy changes. It informs women's organizations who have an interest in legislative advocacy
- publishes a monthly news bulletin card outlining events and developments in the Denver Women's Community
