Northeast Permit Office	The Northeast Satellite Permit Office provides building and zoning plan review and permitting services for projects in the northeast part of the city.
Development Review	The Development Review team assists people who submit land development plans and subdivisions for review and approval.

Permit counters are open weekdays, except Wednesdays, at 7:30 AM. On Wednesdays we open at 8:30 AM. Customers must sign-in by 4 PM each weekday. We are located on the second floor of the Webb Municipal Building, 201 W. Colfax Avenue.
