General Statement of Work
The 29th & Speer Sanitary project will remove and replace existing storm sewer in Speer Blvd from W 29th Ave to Bryant St. Restoration shall include landscaping, concrete flatwork and asphalt paving. Non-ADA compliant accessible curb ramps will also be replaced with compliant ramps. The Louisiana Ave & S Pearl St Intersection Improvements will regrade the existing ROW section to regain the street’s stormwater capacity and direct runoff to current standard and sized storm inlets. Existing inlets and portions of the existing storm drain in system in Louisiana Ave will be removed. Sidewalks and ADA accessible curb ramps will also be reconstructed to current standards.

As the City’s best interests may appear, the Executive Director of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, submittals.
