General Statement of Work

Rehabilitate approximately 35,173 linear feet of deteriorated sewer pipes in the City and County of Denver using Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP), a trenchless technology. CIPP methods allow for significantly shorter construction time in comparison to open trench methods of construction. Since no excavation is required, utilities and traffic conflicts are minimized. The majority of pipes lined in this project are located in City Council Districts 1 and 3 with minor work in Districts 2, 7, 9 and 10.
