General Statement of Work:
Denver’s Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (DOTI) is seeking a Construction Manager/General Contractor to provide services for the Cuernavaca Park Northwest Terminal in Denver, CO. The intent of the project is to build a new facility for Denver Parks and Recreation to house office staff, materials, and equipment. This will serve as their new Northwest Terminal Facility, taking the place of their current Park Avenue Facility.

Construction Phase: MWBE Participation Goal: 19%
Prequalification: Each contractor must be prequalified in category 2A General Building Unoccupied Building at the $9,000,000.00 monetary level in accordance with the City’s Rules and Regulations Governing Prequalification of Contractors. Each contractor must have submitted a prequalification application a minimum of ten (10) calendar days prior to the Proposal due date. Applications must be submitted via B2Gnow. Contracts for construction, reconstruction, and remodeling are subject to the City prevailing wage rate requirements established pursuant to Section 20-76, DRMC.
City contracts are subject to payment of City Minimum Wage established pursuant to Section 20-82 through 20-84 DRMC.
As the City’s best interests may appear, the Executive Director of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all proposals.
