General Statement of Work
The storm drain system improvements in the Marston Lake North Drainageway aim to separate stormwater flows from the Bowles Lateral irrigation ditch, improve drainage and alleviate high groundwater near the properties adjacent to Bowles Lateral at Saratoga Place, and improve the overall drainage and reduce street flow through the project area. The new storm system will collect and convey flows from West Wagon Trail and South Field Way to the existing storm drain system downstream of the Glenbrook Pond. The project was separated into two phases. Phase 1 was competed in 2023 and separated storm flows from the Bowles Lateral with the improvements. Phase 2 will tie into the upstream end of Phase 1 and includes the installation of 30-inch to 42-inch and 34x53-inch elliptical storm main, storm laterals, inlets, and manholes. Waterline adjustments, curb Ramps, curb, gutter, and sidewalk replacement, as well as street restoration are also included.
