The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, City and County of Denver, has issued a Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) for Contract Hauling Services as described below. RFP documents will be available for download at www.bidnetdirect.com//cityandcountyofdenverdoti.

General Statement of Work

The City and County of Denver Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is seeking qualified contractors to provide hauling services, including labor and trucks, to haul materials such as hot mix asphalt, millings and other construction related material as directed by DOTI Street Maintenance personnel. The approximate value of this procurement not to exceed $14,250,000.00, for a max term of three (3) years, $4,750,000.00 per year with one or more contracts awarded to reach that aggregate amount.

Proposals are due no later than 3:00 p.m. local time, April 9, 2025 and will ONLY be received and accepted through www.bidnetdirect.com//cityandcountyofdenverdoti. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Defined Pool

The SBE contractor self-performance requirement is 30%

Miscellaneous:

Contracts for construction, reconstruction, and remodeling are subject to the City prevailing wage rate requirements established pursuant to Section 20-76, DRMC.

City contracts are subject to payment of City Minimum Wage established pursuant to Section 20-82 through 20-84 DRMC.

As the City’s best interests may appear, the Executive Director of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all proposals.
