The Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (“DOTI”), City and County of Denver (“City”), has issued a Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) for 2027 City Lots and Garages Professional Parking Management Services. RFP documents will be available for download at www.bidnetdirect.com/cityandcountyofdenverdoti.
General Statement of Work: The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, and Denver Arts and Venues, controls and operates certain public parking facilities for the City and County of Denver (CCD). The purpose of this request is to secure a qualified and responsive facility contractor to provide professional management services for the operation and maintenance of the three (3) City parking garages and seven (7) City surface parking lots.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on September 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., local time. To access the meeting, please call 720-388-6219 and enter the conference ID: 743-227-714# or join via Microsoft Teams. Contractors are responsible for any information conveyed at this meeting.
Questions Deadline: September 22, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., local time.
Proposals will only be received via the online electronic bid service through BidNet. Proposals are due at 1:00 p.m. on October 6, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Prevailing Wage and Minimum Wage:Contracts for construction, reconstruction, and remodeling are subject to the City prevailing wage rate requirements established pursuant to Section 20-76, DRMC. City contracts are subject to payment of City Minimum Wage established pursuant to Section 20-82 through 20-84 DRMC.
General: As the City’s best interests may appear, the Executive Director of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI) reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all proposals.
