GENERAL STATEMENT OF WORK: The South Platte River and Tributaries Project will restore a 6.5-mile portion of the South Platte River between 6th and 58th Avenues and reduce flood risks along the Weir Gulch and East Harvard Gulch tributaries.  The project will restore and reconnect important river habitats and provide flood protection for homes and structures near the waterways.  More information on the project is available here.

OWNER’S REP/STAFF AUGMENTATION (PROGRAM MANAGEMENT)

Information on the approach and timing of this procurement will be provided at the event on January 20th as well as other relevant project information.  There is no request for letter of interest process being conducted for this procurement.  If your firm is only interested in the Owner’s Representative (Program Management) procurement, a response to the below Request for Letters of Interest is not required.

ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION

The City is soliciting Letters of Interest from companies or teams interested in being a prime designer or prime contractor for the design and/or construction scopes of the South Platte River and Tributaries Project.

LETTERS OF INTEREST: The Letters of Interest will allow the Project Team to compile a list of interested companies for notices and any announcements relating to this project.  Firms interested in receiving project information should send a Letter of Interest to Cindy Ackerman via the DOTI.Procurement@denvergov.org inbox no later than January 27, 2023 to ensure that you receive future information about the Project.  Include in your Letter of Interest the name, address, phone numbers, and e-mail address for a contact person at your firm.  Once received, the City intends to conduct meetings with interested firms by issuing questions to all firms that have expressed interest to solicit feedback on the procurement approach being considered.  While it is encouraged to participate in this process, it is not required in order to be considered for upcoming procurements.
