The City is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide CM/GC services for the Broadway Station at I-25 Multimodal & Safety Improvements Project located in the vicinity of the Broadway and Interstate-25 Interchange in Denver, Colorado. The goal of the project is to create a network that provides safe and efficient mobility for all transportation modes (pedestrian, bicycle, transit, and automobile); promote transit-oriented development; and to accommodate the existing, future, and planned developments along the South Broadway corridor. Project is partially funded by FHWA

Responses are due no later than 11:00 a.m. local time, March 23, 2021 and will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through www.QuestCDN.com. To submit responses, click the online bidding button at the top of advertisement. Contractors must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for proposals to be accepted. Contractors will be charged a fee of $30.00 to submit a proposal electronically.
DBE Participation Goal: 0% for preconstruction services. A DBE participation goal will be set in the future for all construction packages based on scope and size.

Contracts for construction, reconstruction, and remodeling are subject to the City prevailing wage rate requirements established pursuant to Section 20-76, D.R.M.C.
City contracts are subject to payment of City Minimum Wage established pursuant to Section 20-82 through 20-84 D.R.M.C.
As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
