The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, City and County of Denver, has issued a Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) for professional management services for parking management of City lots and garages. General Statement of Work 

The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure controls and operates certain public parking facilities for the City and County of Denver. The purpose of this request is to secure a qualified and responsive facility contractor to provide professional management services for the operation and maintenance of the three (3) City parking garages and seven (7) City surface parking lots.

Questions Deadline: June 10, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. local time. 

Responses are due no later than 10:00 a.m. local time, July 9, 2021 and will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through www.QuestCDN.com. To submit responses, click the online bidding button at the top of advertisement. Contractors must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for proposals to be accepted. Contractors will be charged a fee of $30.00 to submit a proposal electronically. 


MWBE Participation Goal: 5% 

Project goals must be met with certified participants as set forth in Section 28-127, D.R.M.C., or through the demonstration of a sufficient good faith effort under Section 28-128, D.R.M.C.

City contracts are subject to payment of City Minimum Wage established pursuant to Section 20-82 through 20-84 D.R.M.C.

As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
