The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, City and County of Denver, has re-issued a Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) for Translation and Interpretation Services as described below. RFP documents will be available for download at www.bidnetdirect.com//cityandcountyofdenverdoti.

General Statement of Work

The City and County of Denver, Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, desires to solicit proposals to support the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure in ensuring public facing materials, in-person and virtual events and presentations are provided in the languages most accessible to impacted residents. The proposer will perform the following activities: Simultaneous interpretation services at in-person and virtual events; Provide translation services for public facing materials.

Questions Deadline: Thursday, March 31, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. (MST)

Submission of Responses will only be received via the online electronic bid service through www.bidnetdirect.com//cityandcountyofdenverdoti.  Responses are due at 10:00 a.m. MST Tuesday, April 12, 2022. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Minimum Wage Requirement:  City contracts are subject to payment of City Minimum Wage established pursuant to Section 20-82 through 20-84 D.R.M.C.

Miscellaneous:  Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the awarded submitter shall comply with any and all applicable public emergency or public health orders issued by any federal, state, municipal or local governmental entity, or any department or agency thereof, including the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) and the Denver Department of Public Health & Environment (DDPHE).

As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, submittals/proposals.
