The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, City and County of Denver, has issued a Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”) for Community and Business Engagement Support Services as described below. General Statement of Work
The City and County of Denver is seeking a qualified team to support the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI) in conducting proactive community and business engagement centered in a shared leadership model of public involvement to manage outreach and support for DOTI infrastructure projects and programs.

Submittals will only be received via the online electronic bid service through www.bidnetdirect.com//cityandcountyofdenverdoti. Submittals are due at 2:00 p.m. local time, August 11, 2022. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Small Business Enterprise Defined Pool Participation
Article V, Chapter 28, of the Denver Revised Municipal Code (D.R.M.C.), states the Director of the Division of Small Business Opportunity has the authority to utilize the SBE defined pool program for designated contracts for goods and services by the City and County of Denver. The Director has designated this solicitation as a small business defined pool procurement in accordance with the SBE Ordinance requirements.
Award of a contract through this solicitation will be strictly limited to City and County of Denver Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Firms currently certified in accordance with Section 28-122, D.R.M.C. certified within the selection pool. The SBE submitter minimum self-performance requirement is 30%.

Minimum Wage Requirement: City contracts are subject to payment of City Minimum Wage established pursuant to Section 20-82 through 20-84 D.R.M.C.
Miscellaneous: Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the awarded submitter shall comply with any and all applicable public emergency or public health orders issued by any federal, state, municipal or local governmental entity, or any department or agency thereof, including the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) and the Denver Department of Public Health & Environment (DDPHE).
As the City’s best interests may appear, the Manager of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, submittals.
