The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, City and County of Denver, has issued a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for Loretto Heights Theater Campus Architectural & Engineering Design Services. RFQ documents will be available for download at www.bidnetdirect.com//cityandcountyofdenverdoti, reference solicitation no. 202263338; a link to the documents can also be found at www.work4denver.com.

This project is part of the 2021 RISE Denver Bond Program, which is a 10-year, $260 million general obligation bond program approved by voters in 2021. The program will drive economic recovery by creating thousands of jobs, investing in local businesses, and bringing critical infrastructure and community assets to historically underserved areas of the city. Through four different categories of infrastructure projects, RISE Denver will serve our most vulnerable residents and unhoused neighbors, increase mobility and safety in our neighborhoods and accessibility within city facilities, and preserve Denver’s history and culture through building restorations. More information can be found on the City’s RISE Denver website.
