The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, City and County of Denver, has issued a Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”) for General Consulting Services – Solid Waste Industry for Recycling Processing Services as described below. A link to the RFQ documents can be found at www.work4denver.com. RFQ documents will be available for download at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/cityandcountyofdenverdoti.

General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver, Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, desires to solicit submittals relating to Consulting Services for the development of an RFP for Recycling Processing Services for the City and County of Denver Recycling program.

Questions Deadline: All questions shall be submitted in writing by March 10, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. local time.

Submission of Submittals will only be received via the online electronic bid service through www.bidnetdirect.com//cityandcountyofdenverdoti. Submittals are due at 10:00 a.m. MDT March 24, 2022. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Minimum Wage Requirement: City contracts are subject to payment of City Minimum Wage established pursuant to Section 20-82 through 20-84 D.R.M.C.

General: As the City’s best interests may appear, the Executive Director of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, submittals.

Miscellaneous:  Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the awarded submitter shall comply with any and all applicable public emergency or public health orders issued by any federal, state, municipal or local governmental entity, or any department or agency thereof, including the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) and the Denver Department of Public Health & Environment (DDPHE).
