Governor Jared Polis on Jan. 4, 2021, eased public health restrictions in Denver by moving the county back to Level Orange on the state’s COVID-19 dial due to a sustained decline in cases of the novel coronavirus. Among other changes, Denver restaurants may now offer indoor dining at 25% capacity or 50 people, whichever is fewer.
