    Renovation of the existing DPD 6 facility off North Washington Street. This may include an annex facility and parking structure.
  • Ellie Caulkins Opera House Seating & Surtitling System
    Replace existing theater seating and integrated titling system to upgrade the seating quality and titling system to current technology (2,188 seats) in the Ellie Caulkins Opera House.
  • Red Rocks Integrated Contract
    Design and Construction Services for a variety of projects at Red Rocks. The variety of work items will require the Integrated Contractor Program Manager (“ICPM”) to be prepared with subcontractors and suppliers for all scopes of work whether interior or exterior, building work or site work, large and small, requiring alterations and/or repair work, demolition and replacement, accessibility, sidewalks, roadways, walking trail paths, etc. Specific scope elements must be completed within specific annual deadlines for each year’s event schedules; if work is to be executed during the event season it must be coordinated with the DOTI Project Manager and Arts and Venues Red Rocks representatives for the duration of this contract.
  • Mechanically Integrated Contract
    Preconstruction, Engineering, and Construction Services for multiple mechanical projects throughout the City of Denver. Most projects are deferred maintenance and include equipment replacement or facility improvements. The Contract will have a three-year term and a maximum value of $30,000,000

    Water quality, stormwater and park improvements at Carpio-Sanguinette Park

    90" diameter storm system that will be constructed east of City Park

Q3 2024

  • Colfax Transit Implementation - Bus Rapid Transit
    The City and County of Denver (City) is seeking professional consultant services (Consultant) to assist in the completion of the NEPA and Preliminary Design tasks to prepare and advance the East Colfax Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Project (the Project) into the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Project Development Phase Planning: • Completion of the FTA National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process and approvals; • Support for the City’s goal of obtaining an FTA Small Starts Capital Investment Grant (CIG); • Identification of other potential funding opportunities; • Development of Preliminary Engineering plans (less than 30% design level); and • Implementation of planning and outreach requirements as further described below.

  • Washington Street - 47th to 52nd and 51st Ave - Emerson to Logan
    Roadway reconstruction, including wider sidewalks and green infrastructure, and intersection safety improvements on Washington and 51st.

Q1 2025

  • HSIP CCD 2018 Pkg 5: Colfax at Broadway/Lincoln/Grant
    Reconstruct (3) existing traffic signals within the City and County of Denver to current city standard and MUTCD criteria.
  • HSIP CCD 2018 Pkg 4: Park @ I-25/I-70; Miss @ Platte/Santa Fe; Colfax/Downing
    Reconstruction of 4 existing traffic signals.
  • 48th Avenue Greenway - Phase 1
    Storm System Design along 48th Ave. in Globeville
  • 51st Ave & Steele St Green Infrastructure Improvements
    This project is the construction of green infrastructure adjacent to Lorraine Granado Park along Steele St. from 51st Ave to 52nd Ave. It would remove the gravel parking area and replace it with green infrastructure elements.
  • S Lowell Blvd & W Evans Green Infrastructure Improvements
    This project would remove a large portion of asphalt paving in the ROW of S Lowell Blvd from W Warren Ave to W Evans Ave and install green infrastructure elements.

Q2 2025

  • Mill 22: Evans at Logan; Pearl; Franklin; Marion/Lafayette (MB)
    Upgrade 4 existing traffic signals and install one new warranted signal.
  • Yale Avenue Improvements
    Intersection and capacity improvements, sidewalk improvements, new traffic signals, on-street bike lane improvements.
  • High Line Canal Connections
    This project will improve safety for trail users along the High Line Canal Trail, supporting bicycle and pedestrian activity and connectivity, both locally and regionally.

Q3 2025

  • Mill 20: South Monaco St Parkway
    Upgrade existing traffic signals.

Q4 2025

  • Federal Boulevard and Amherst Avenue - HAWK Signal
    Safety-related improvements, including signal work, at the intersection of Federal Blvd and Amherst St.
  • NWCO - Bettie Cram Drive Bridge
    This project will construct the Bettie Cram Drive Bridge across the South Platte River adjacent to the National Western Center (NWCO) along 48th Avenue.
