    Renovation of the Castro building located at 1200 Federal Boulevard for the Department of Human Services (DHS). The facility is about 300,000SF throughout (4) floors including a partial basement. It contains the main office for DHS which consists of public services and houses over 1,100 employee offices/workstations.

  • 51st Ave & Steele St Green Infrastructure Improvements
    This project is the construction of green infrastructure adjacent to Lorraine Granado Park along Steele St. from 51st Ave to 52nd Ave. It would remove the gravel parking area and replace it with green infrastructure elements.

  • Loretto Heights Theater Renovation
    RISE Bond Project to renovate existing facility at Loretto Heights Campus for Theater use as well as other campus renovations, such as adjacent building and new parking garage.

Q3 2025

  • 47th & Walden Park
    47th and Walden Park Construction (Phase 1): new build 13.2 acre neighborhood park located in the Gateway-Green Valley Ranch neighborhood.
  • S Lowell Blvd & W Evans Ave Green Infrastructure Improvements
    This project would remove a large portion of asphalt paving in the ROW of S Lowell Blvd from W Warren Ave to W Evans Ave and install green infrastructure elements.

  • Federal Boulevard and Amherst Avenue - HAWK Signal
    New traffic signal at (1) location
  • NWCO - Bettie Cram Drive Bridge
    This project will construct the Bettie Cram Drive Bridge across the South Platte River adjacent to the National Western Center (NWCO) along 48th Avenue.
