• GES Sidewalk - 42nd Ave (Monroe St to Jackson St)
  This project will improve existing sidewalks on 42nd Ave that are not currently up to city standards. This area was identified in the Elyria/Swansea neighborhood plan as a location where improvement of sidewalks would enhance the bicyclist and the pedestrian experience, particularly in the first and last mile commute from the 40th and Colorado RTD light rail station.

  Design/construction of missing SW gap from 46th Ave, Lincoln to Broadway

  This project will add sidewalks along the south wide of 49th Ave from Clayton St to Swansea Park where sidewalks do not currently exist. This location was identified in the Elyria/Swansea neighborhood plan as a need for better connectivity between the community, Swansea Park and the Swansea Recreation Center.
