  • On-Call Professional Services- Vertical Project Delivery (Category Based); 1-Architectural Design, 2-Structural Engineering, 3-Geotechnical Services
    The goal of the on-call master contract is to procure multiple "On-call Professional and Technical Design Services Vertical Project Delivery: Category 1- Architectural Design, Category 2- Structural Engineering, Category 3- Geotechnical Services" Contracts to establish a new group of qualified on-call professionals to respond to proposal requests with design and engineering on municipal building projects.  Scopes shall consist of New Construction, Tennant Finish, Roof and Window Replacements, Concrete/Asphalt replacement, MEP Upgrades/Design, Sustainability/Commissioning, ICE, Engineer's Cost Estimating, design for structural repair, mechanical upgrades (HVAC controls), evaluation, concrete/asphalt replacement, geotechnical, material/special testing, site survey, S.U.E. services, and inspection services, etc.
  • On-Call Construction Services - Vertical Project Delivery - Large
    The goal of the on-call master contract is to procure multiple on-call construction services contracts to establish a new group of qualified on-call general contractors to respond to proposal requests with bidding and execution of construction work on municipal building projects.  Scopes may consist of a roof replacement, mechanical upgrades (HVAC controls), lighting retrofit, concrete/asphalt replacement, or other.  On-call  general contractors will be requested to mini bid projects against other on-call General Contractors to ensure the City is receiving the best value.

    The goal of the on-call master contract is to procure multiple Small Business Enterprise (SBE) on-call construction services contracts to establish a new group of qualified SBE on-call general contractors to respond to proposal requests with bidding and execution of construction work on municipal building projects.  Scopes may consist of a roof replacement, mechanical upgrades (HVAC controls), lighting retrofit, concrete/asphalt replacement, or other.  On-call SBE general contractors will be requested to mini bid projects against other on-call SBE General Contractors to ensure the City is receiving the best value.
  • SBE Project/Program Management On-Call
    Provide Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Project/Program Management on-call services. This procurement is a unique opportunity for SBE businesses to support delivery of DOTI projects.

Q4 2022

  • WQ SSC Federal Blvd - Alameda to Mississippi
    Green infrastructure project along Federal Blvd in partnership with CDOT
  • Colfax Transit Implementation – Bus Rapid Transit Project

    The Project is intended to be a corridor-based bus rapid transit system that includes features emulating the service provided by rail fixed guideway. The 9.9-route mile corridor includes 32 improved stations with an average spacing of 0.31-mile and will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Traffic signals will be upgraded to provide transit signal priority where needed through the Denver segment to reduce transit travel time. The BRT service will replace and consolidate the existing bus Route 15 and bus Route 15L services.

  • Colfax Transit Implementation - Osage and Mariposa
    Rebuild existing traffic signals.
  • Jewell Ave Pedestrian/Bicycle Bridge
    New pedestrian bridge to improve pedestrian and bicycle connectivity and safety when crossing Santa Fe Drive.
  • Civic Center - Phase 1 - Greek Theater Improvements
    The Civic Center Phase 1 Project will rehabilitate the historic Greek Theater and construct a fully accessible outdoor performance venue at the Greek Theater.
  • General Civil Construction On-Call Contract - Small Business Enterprise (SBE)
    Contracts will be utilized to construct a variety of improvements to the City and County of Denver’s infrastructure typically within City Right-of-Way through Work Orders awarded via the mini-bid process.

    The Antero Peak General Storm project consists of storm improvements on South Adams Way in the Wellshire neighborhood and Stuart Street in the West Colfax neighborhood.

    The Jackson St. Storm Phase 2 project is a large storm system that extends from 14th Ave and Jackson Street to near Hale Parkway along Colorado Blvd or Albion St.

    The project will remove one through lane in each direction, construct raised medians to restrict turns from side-streets while still allowing left turn from Mississippi Ave to select side streets.

    This project will improve existing facilities and provide new amenities in “Block 2” (between 16th & 17th Streets) as recommended in the Outdoor Downtown Master Plan.

  • Tennessee & Oneida Storm Phase 2
    The project Tennessee and Oneida Phase 2 extends from Phase 1 that ended at E. Mississippi and S. Kearney.  Phase 2 will continue along E Mississippi.

    Improve the existing Globeville Levee along the west bank of the SPR.
  • Heron Pond Carpio-Sanguinette Phase 2 Park
    Water quality, stormwater and park improvements at Carpio-Sanguinette Park.

    This project will remove the wing walls and widen sidewalks at Lincoln St underneath I-70 to create a brighter, more friendly pedestrian/bicyclist experience. This project was identified as a key connectivity project for the community in the Globeville neighborhood plan and is a significant north-south connection for residents.
