¡Qué Viva la Raza! Honoring a Denver Legacy at Auraria Campus

Composite of Chicano images in black and white
“¡Qué Viva la Raza! Honoring a Denver Legacy” is an overview of the more than 150-year history of the Mexicano, Chicano and Latino peoples in Denver. It highlights voices from the community, including the owner of a beloved Northside restaurant, the founder and CEO of Tepeyac Community Health Center, and an artist and activist who’s a third-generation Westwood resident. Packed with historic images, the film documents, honors and preserves this proud history in the voices of the people.
