Women’s Rights on the Table for New Exhibit

In honor of Women’s History Month, the Molly Brown House Museum is hosting Enter the Conversation, an art exhibit that celebrates women who fought for equal rights. Artist Melody Epperson envisioned a tea party with sixteen important historical figures discussing both past and present issues. Her hot wax portraits include Susan B. Anthony, Molly Brown, Frederick Douglass and Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Epperson spoke with I Am Denver about her process and the inspiration behind this series.

“Enter the Conversation: Art of Women’s Rights” runs through March 14, 2021. For information on tickets and museum guidelines during COVID-19, visit https://mollybrown.org/
