Denver Parks & Recreation and Denver Public Works are partnering to expand a pilot recycling program that first began in 2014 with the placement of recycling containers in three Denver parks. Starting on Earth Day, April 22, and continuing for the next several weeks, Denver Recycles will be placing additional recycling containers in the original three parks and eight other parks that will have full scale single-stream recycling receptacles available to park visitors.
