Credit and Debit Card Service Fees

**If compliance is demonstrated within 10 calendar days of a 1st violation only the penalty is reduced by 100% for rabies vaccination violations.

***If compliance is demonstrated within 20 calendar days of a 1st violation only the penalty is reduced by 100% for spay and neuter violations.
