Dance hall

A place open to public dance or dance instruction. The business charges an admission fee or membership fee. A dance hall cannot include a place where instruction in art or esthetic dancing is taught, and where only a tuition is charged. It will not include any business licensed for the sale of fermented malt beverages, malt, vinous or spirituous liquor.
