An alcohol beverage tastings permit allows a retail liquor store or liquor-licensed drugstore to conduct sample tastings of alcohol within their establishment. Tastings are not to exceed a total of 5 hours per day and they can only be held between the hours of 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
