Password reset instructions

Step 1.Go to Denver's Online Permitting and Licensing Center

Step 2.Click Forgot Password?

Step 3.Enter email address linked to account

This is the email used to create the account.

Step 4.Answer security question and click Send New Password button

• If your security answer is incorrect or you forgot it, email exlsubmit@denvergov.org for a password reset.
• If you enter your email and the security answer does not appear and a notice says "If we find an account associated with this address, we'll send you an email with instructions for updating your password," reach out email exlsubmit@denvergov.org to find the correct email linked to your account.

Step 5.The system will email you a temporary password

Step 6.Sign in using your email and the temporary password

Step 7.Enter temporary password under "Old/Temporary Password"

• Enter new password.
• Confirm new password.
• Make sure the new password is not one you have used before. It must include a capital letter, a number, and a symbol. It must be longer than 8 characters. For example: DenverCo303!.

Step 8.Log in with your email and new password
