Recording a document with our office creates a permanent, public record of all the information in that document. Once recorded, your document will be available to the public online and in our archives in the office.
Please be certain that you want to record documents in Denver County. Denver County cannot reject these recorded documents or issue refunds for recording fees due to an improper submission.
Notice: Due to a technological issue, some documents are temporarily unavailable online. Affected documents range from 1989 through 1999 and may be obtained by contacting the recording department. Only the following document types are affected: Death Certificate, Judgment, Lien, Lis Pendens, Notice Extending Time to File a Lien, Partial Release, Partial Release of Federal Tax Lien, Release, Release Lien State, Release of Bond, Release of Federal Tax Lien, Release of Lien, Satisfaction of Judgment, Tax Lien, Tax Lien Federal, and Tax Lien State. Indexing is still available.
