Resources for New Single Family, Duplex, and Townhomes

The 2022 Denver Building and Fire Code and the 2022 Denver Green Code are effective as of May 1, 2023. The new code includes updates that will put us on the path to Net Zero Energy new buildings by 2030. 

For single-family, duplex, and other residential buildings regulated by the Denver Residential Code, this will mean shifting the way we think about the traditional ways of heating and cooling our homes.
