Landmark Design Guidelines Update Meeting: ADUs

Join us for a conversation on creating design guidelines for accessory dwelling units in historic districts and individual landmark properties.

Creating Design Guidelines for ADUs - In-person meeting
6:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 20, 2024
The Studio Loft, 980 14th Street

RSVP to the meeting

Note: We will use this meeting to build on concepts presented during our virtual meeting February 27. We will have ADU examples for open discussion and if you have examples of your own, please bring them.

Getting there

The Studio Loft is on the top floor of the Ellie Caulkins Opera House in the Denver Performing Arts Complex located at 14th Street and Curtis Street in downtown Denver. The entrace to the Studio Loft is under a maroon awning adjacent to the intersection of 14th Street and Champa Street. We encourage attendees to use public transportation. The complex is accessible by bus and light-rail (Theater District/Convention Center Station). Metered parking is available on the street, and the garages for both the arts complex and the convention center will be open. Visit the DPAC website for additional information on getting to the venue.

What you need to know to participate

There is a lot to know about accessory dwelling units. To help break things down, we have created a series of brief videos with additional information and context. We encourage everyone with an interest in historic properties and ADUs to take a few minutes to watch before the meeting.
