Join city development review staff to learn how Denver is proposing to meet Proposition 123 Fast Track requirements and how this will affect future housing projects.
RSVP to the presentation
In 2022, Colorado voters approved Proposition 123, which requires the City and County of Denver and other municipalities across the state to provide an expedited review path that allows development applications for affordable housing projects to be reviewed and decided upon in 90 days. Implementing this requirement will require significant changes to the development review process and the approach project teams take when submitting plan review materials. City staff has been working to determine what this process would look like in Denver since the ballot measure was approved and is looking forward to sharing updates with the community.
