Approval of 04.14.2026 MTG Minutes

Design Refresher: Ball Arena Phase 1A

• Informal discussion and update on the Ball Arena Phase 1A Design Applications; providing a recap of how the designs have evolved since the Board’s review last September.  Presentation and discussion with CPD Urban Design Staff and Board Members. 

This Meeting will not include a formal Design Review with a Final Deliberation and a Motion.
