Building Inspections

Building inspections staff are available in the office Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 11:00 a.m. Requests for CO/TCOs must arrive before 10 a.m. The inspections counter is located on the 3rd floor of 201 W. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO 80202.
