Upload Building Inspection Documents

Updated process: Upload documents for inspector review directly to construction and trade permits as attachments in E-permits. By uploading documents in E-permits, a Document Review inspection is automatically scheduled for the next business day.

Only use the form below if instructed to by your inspector. When using this form, you must schedule a “109 Other Inspection” in order to have your documents processed. When scheduling your inspection, include a comment with the document type(s) you uploaded (e.g., PE letter, energy report, UFER, etc.).

Additional Information

Documents accepted:

  • Engineer's letters
  • Other information requested by a building inspector (please detail in the "Notes" section)

Please do not upload any plans, documents, or reports that need to be reviewed by plan review staff. Staff will not receive any items uploaded here. 

Do not upload As-Built Setback Certification forms. Please have your setback and bulk plane forms on-site with your permit for the inspector.
