Upload Building Inspection Documents

Use this form to upload documents requested by your building inspector as part of the inspection process. Only upload documents specific to that permit number.

Note: You must schedule a "109 Other Inspection" in order to have your documents processed. When scheduling your inspection, include a comment with the document type(s) you uploaded (e.g., PE letter, energy report, UFER, etc.). Do not upload As-Built Setback Certification forms. Please have your setback and bulk plane forms on-site with your permit for the inspector.

  • Other information requested by a building inspector (please detail in the "Notes" section)

Please do not upload any plans, documents, or reports that need to be reviewed by permitting staff. Permit staff will not receive any items uploaded here.
