District 5 Rezonings

There are currently four open rezoning requests in District 5:

1060 South Emporia Street was filed on March 7, 2025. This re-zoning would change the zoning classification from OS-B to OS-A and would make this land District 5's newest city-owned park. There will be a Planning Board hearing on April 16, 2025. Click here to learn how to participate in the Planning Board process. The Land Use, Transportation, and Infrastructure Committee meeting date is scheduled for April 29, 2025 at 1:30 PM. Click here to watch that LUTI Committee meeting on April 29^th. The City Council public hearing date is TBD.
