Civil Wage Theft is the failure to pay workers the full wages to which they are legally entitled. The Denver Labor “City and County of Denver Wage Theft Rules” are enacted to provide notice of the presumptions, procedures, and requirements employed by the city when enforcing the ordinance. Zero Fare for Youth

Rental Assistance

One in three Denver households is paying more than a third of their income toward housing, and many are struggling to pay rent and utilities. If you have received a court summons for eviction, please see our eviction resources, or attend our free eviction legal clinics in Room 163 in the Denver County Courthouse, located at 1437 Bannock St, from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. every Monday through Friday. When we talk about children and families, we mean helping each member of your family — whatever that looks like and wherever they are in Colorado.
