About Villa Park
Sun Valley is a neighborhood in Denver, Colorado, known for its diverse community and ongoing revitalization efforts. Situated just west of downtown Denver, Sun Valley has historically faced economic challenges, but recent initiatives have aimed to transform the area. The Sun Valley EcoDistrict, for example, focuses on sustainable development, affordable housing, and community engagement. Every spring, Sun Valley hosts the Sun y Valley Rising Viaduct Night Market where locals and visitors alike can enjoy a diverse array of food, art, and entertainment against the backdrop of the city lights, creating a lively and communal atmosphere.
The neighborhood is also home to the Sun Valley Youth Center, which plays a crucial role in providing resources and support for local youth. Sun Valley represents a community in transition, striving for economic empowerment and a vibrant, inclusive future.

Federal Boulevard Corridor Plan — This plan covers portions of all the statistical neighborhoods that touch Federal Boulevard from the city's northern limit to Harvey Park.
South Platte River Corridor Study — This plan covers a portion of all the statistical neighborhoods that touch the South Platte River.
Decatur - Federal General Development Plan — This GDP also covers a portion of the Lincoln Park statistical neighborhood.
