District 5 Rezonings

There is currently one open rezoning request in District 5:

1401 Fairfax, filed on February 16, 2023, changing the zoning classification from U-TU-C to U-RH-3A.
79 S Albion, filed on March 24, 2023, changing the zoning classification from E-SU-D to E-SU-D1. The Planning Board public hearing is on May 17, 2023.
