Denver Election Advisory Council

The Denver Election Advisory Council (DEAC) serves the Denver Clerk & Recorder as an appointed advisory board for the agency.

Clerk Paul López serves as Chair of the DEAC. Clerk López appointed a diverse founding group of 20 local leaders to serve as key advisors to the Denver Elections Division.

The Council will focus on:

  • Strengthening election administration by advising on best practices to continually enhance the transparency, security, and efficiency of free and fair elections in Denver; and
  • Fostering public trust by contributing to initiatives that build and maintain high levels of public confidence in the integrity and reliability of our electoral system.

The council will meet quarterly at the Denver Elections Building, 200 W. 14th Ave., Denver.
