Submit a Public Comment

The Denver Elections Division offers opportunities for members of the public to give input on various topics, including vote center locations, ballot layout, pro and con statements, and more.

We are now accepting public comments on the following ballot measure title:

“Shall the voters for the City and County of Denver adopt an ordinance requiring the Denver Sherriff to make a reasonable effort to determine whether a person in custody is lawfully present in the United States if the person has been charged with a crime of violence or is a previously convicted felon and, in connection therewith, requiring the Sherriff to notify the U.S. Department of Homeland Security if no such determination is made?”
