Denver's cold weather shelters will open at 1 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 16 and will remain open as long as cold weather conditions continue.
A resident of the City and County of Denver may file an election complaint with the Clerk and Recorder’s office if the individual believes that a violation of Chapter 15, Article III of the Denver Revised Municipal Code (D.R.M.C.) occurred. Please see Clerk and Recorder Election Rule 3 for the rules regarding the filing of a campaign finance complaint.
Please be aware that when an individual files a campaign finance complaint, the individual becomes an interested party to the complaint, which may be referred to a hearing officer. The Clerk and Recorder does not independently investigate allegations submitted by or on behalf of a complainant.
To ensure that your complaint is complete and not dismissed for incompleteness, please review Clerk and Recorder Election Rule 3.7.1.
