Please see the following notices about our office:

  • DCR is consolidating service locations. As of December 29, 2025, all DCR services will move out of the Webb Building and will be housed at 200 W. 14th Ave. 
  • We are experiencing a problem with our virtual appointments; our teams are working to restore the availability of those appointments as soon as possible. 
  • We’re experiencing a temporary outage of our large scanner. If you have a large format map, please email a copy of the map to recording@denvergov.org.
