Denver Clerk & Recorder Paul López has issued the following statement in response to President Trump’s push to nationalize elections.

Denver Clerk & Recorder to Consolidate Services into One Location

The Denver Clerk & Recorder is moving all services from the Webb Building to its headquarters at 200 W. 14th Ave., Denver, CO 80204, beginning Dec. 29. This move centralizes services in one location, making it easier for constituents to access marriage licenses, land transaction recordings, deeds of trust, foreclosure services, and other legal filings.

Denver Clerk and Recorder Issues Notice of Public Rulemaking Hearing

As required by section 2-94 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code (D.R.M.C.), the Denver Clerk and Recorder gives notice of a proposed rulemaking. The hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, January 21, 2026, in the Third Floor Conference Room on the third floor of the Denver Clerk and Recorder building at 200 W. 14th Ave.
