The Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) is a federally funded program that helps eligible hard-working Colorado families, seniors and individuals pay a portion of their winter home heating and water costs. You can apply for the benefit every year, and as many times as you would like.
Colorado LEAP is now open for the 2022-23 winter season.
