Material contained in these Disclosure Statements has been prepared to comply with Rule 15c2-12 of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Denver Mayor's Executive Order 114, which further commits the City to provide ongoing information about its financial condition. These Disclosure Statements were also prepared to fulfill agreements and covenants contained in continuing disclosure undertakings executed in connection with bonds and other obligations.
