Address Change Form

Address Change To change the mailing address of the owner for real property owned in Denver. Complete the form and email, mail, or fax to the Assessment Division.

BoCC Petition for Abatement or Refund of Taxes

Note: Tax years eligible for abatement petitions change annually on January 1. Tax years 2021 and 2022 are currently open.

Petition for Abatement or Refund of Taxes(PDF, 72KB) To appeal property values and to abate (refund) taxes for the immediate two prior years through the Board of County Commissioners (BoCC). Anytime during 2023, a new petition may be submitted for 2021 and/or 2022.

Parcel Reconfiguration Form

IMPORTANT: Read - Will my proposed Assessor’s parcels comply with Denver zoning rules?(PDF, 131KB)

PLEASE NOTE: The last day to record an owner’s request for reconfiguration form with the Clerk & Recorder’s Office affecting real property parcels in 2023 (taxes payable in 2024) is Monday, October 23, 2023.

Reconfiguration request forms recorded after this date will not be processed until 2024 (taxes payable in 2025).
